COVID-19 update

Many couriers are experiencing delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Delays are outside of our control are not uncommon at the moment. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Under 2kg = Royal Mail 48 £2.99

Over 2kg = Courier £4.95

We can offer a wide variety of delivery options so please contact us before placing an order if you have specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them and provide a competitive price. 

Royal Mail impose restrictions on aerosol carriage which limits delivery to 2 aerosol products in a single package. If you order 3 or more aesol items, they will be sent in multiple parcels. We are only able to send aerosols to UK Mainland & Highlands addresses. We cannot send aerosols to Northern Ireland, UK Island and overseas addresses as the Royal Mail does not permit aerosols to be sent via airmail.

To protect items in a delivery, heavy items (over 2kg) and light items (including medicines & general treatments) will be sent separately. Refrigerated items MUST be sent by courier, regardless of the weight. How will my item be delivered?

Royal Mail 
1-3 working days (including Saturdays), depending on the chosen service

Royal Mail 24 aims to delivered the next working day (including Saturdays) and Royal Mail 48 aims to be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (including Saturdays).

Some of these services are tracked, if there is a tracking number available we’ll display it against your order.

2-3 working days, fully tracked

Temperature sensitive products will be sent by courier to ensure the fastest delivery possible in special insulated packaging to maintain optimal temperatures for the product

NB Delivery time estimates are from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. The estimated dispatch times indicate how quickly we will be able to process your order for dispatch.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank/public holidays). Orders placed late Friday or on weekends will be dispatched the following week. There may be a delay in dispatching products if we are missing any information from the prescription.
